Sinotruk engines are most MC , WD and Weichai series.
1. MC series engine: This is an important product of the cooperation between Sinotruk and MAN, including four-cylinder and six-cylinder engines. For example, the power range of the MC05 engine is 150PS~206PS, and the maximum torque is 830N.m; the power range of the MC07 engine is 240PS~326PS, and the maximum torque is 1250N.m.
The emissions of these engines reach the levels of National III, National IV, and National V respectively, and are particularly suitable for medium and light tractors, special vehicles and buses, and can also be used for medium and light trucks, dump trucks, generator sets and construction machinery.
2. D12 series engine: This series of engines uses an inline H pump fuel system, and the injector uses Delphi’s nozzle. They have a four-valve intake and exhaust structure, and adopt a rear-end layout of the gear system (flywheel end) to reduce noise and improve reliability.Natural gas engine: Sinotruk began to develop gas engines in 2002 and successfully developed a heavy-duty natural gas engine in 2005. These engines have achieved breakthrough results in power, economy and environmental protection.
3. Weichai series. Since 2023, China National Heavy Duty Truck has been fully equipped with Weichai engines, mainly 380 horsepower, 400 horsepower and 430 horsepower.
